Shipping is realised through logistic partner DPD, PPL and DHL Express inside EU.
Shipping is realised through logistic partners Czech Postal Service, Balíkovna, PPL, DPD and Zásilkovna inside Czech Republic.
Wolfie picks courier is available for same day delivery in Prague, Czech Republic.
The seller and the buyer agree that the sent order via online website wolfiepicks.cz results in the Purchase Contract between them.
Unfulfilled order due to an inability of the buyer to accept the parcel with his/her order from the logistic partner resulting in return of the parcel is violation of the Purchase Contract between the seller and the buyer. The shipping cost that has been an outlay for the seller will be charged to the buyer.
Returns
You can return unused, just tried on, clean clothes and gear with original tags as well as in original packaging within 21 days. You can return unopened, unused products in original packaging within 21 days. If you have received free items with your order of products, you are obliged to return those as well. Some products cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons, such as: cosmetics, socks, underwear. You cannot returned individualized or modified products, for example jerseys after application of ID Kits.
You, the buyer, are responsible for the cost of shipping and packing of the returned products to me, the seller.

Include your account info (IBAN, SWIFT, bank address, acount holder name and address). Also kindly write me an email that you wish to return goods with a list of what you plan to return to our email address: info@wolfiepicks.cz
After we will receive returned goods, we will inspect it and if it meets our criteria for eligible return, we will issue a credit note and transfer a refund to your account within 7 days. If it will not meet our criteria for eligible return, we will contact you with our proposal.
Warranty
If you experience an issue with purchased product within 2 years of purchase, kindly write us an email, describe the issue, support it with complimentary photos. Email: info@wolfiepicks.cz We will get back to you within few days, and also we will forward your claim to our producer or our supplier for feedback and proposal from their side. We will completely resolve the warranty issue within 30 day. In case we need to see the damaged or unfunctional product ourselves, we will let you know. In that case we will completely resolve the warranty issue within 30 day after receipt of the damaged or unfunctional product. You do not have to send the product with issue right away to our physical address, we will determine after reading about the issue and seeing it on photos, if that is necessary. In case the warranty claim is not valid, you, the buyer, is responsible for the cost of shipping and packaging a product for a review to me, the seller.
Cosmetics and dietary supplements are eligible for reporting an issue within their exspiration date as well as within 3 months after opening. Handle cosmetics and dietary supplements according with the instructions on their label.
